Nanny Job in Hamilton, Ontario

Burnt out, entrepreneur mom & dad to 3 young girls need help! We are looking for a live out nanny to provide long term support in our home - housekeeping (70%) & occasional child care (30%). Immediate start preferred but, also open to waiting a few months for the right person. We would like 12 month commitment and there will be lots of opportunity for long term growth within our home. Starting at 3 full days a week (21hrs/wk) *we are flexible on which days (M-F) 8:30am - 3:30pm We are a busy family of 5 (3 girls aged 5yo, 3yo & 11 months). Both of us work from home and are around 80% of the time working from home offices. We are exhausted & need someone with LOTS of energy to come help! We live on Nebo Road, surrounded by country so having your own vehicle is required. We are opening up our home and our hearts for someone who is passionate about healthy living and making a difference. Someone who is very calm, caring, flexible in nature and self-motivated to go above and beyond. The ability to multi task and get the job well done is key. We are a busy household with many moving parts and need someone with spunk, high energy, a creative mind & a strong desire to make an impact! A typical day will involve laundry, cleaning the kitchen, caring for a busy/snuggly baby while entertaining & caring for two BUSY big sisters (3 & 5yo) who are hungry to grow & learn. Regular Housekeeping Duties - laundry, cleaning the kitchen, changing beds, vacuuming, meal prep/cooking/baking, green juicing, tidying, help with organizing. Experience and a love for young children is a must. Regular child care for our youngest (11mo) will be part of this role. Our two older girls will be home full time in the summer months (July/Aug) so, care for all 3 children would be required. They will be 5, 3 & 1 year old come summer and we will require someone with LOTS of energy & creativity to keep 3 little ones happy and occupied while still assisting with some light housekeeping (laundry & meal prep). Come September, care for our 1 year old & houskeeping would be the main responsibility. Child Care Duties - caring for our 11month old in the spring & fall. Caring for 3 (5yo, 3yo & 1yo) through the summer. We are looking for incredible references and great experiences with the above! Police check required. Non-smokers only. Drivers license & own vehicle required.
