I am experienced in caring for children from ages newborn to school age in a number of challenging situations and different backgrounds. I have been a Nanny for 10 years now and enjoy every moment of it. My favorite part is being able to watch the children grow and develop and learn new skills. It is always a novelty and exciting as every child is different. Communication has always been one of my strengths and effective communication is very important for children and for an effective Nanny/Parent relationship.
It is very important to get down onto their level and communicate and relate to them in that way!! Respect is also key for both the children and parents.
